If an item becomes sold out or unavailable, we will notify you immediately and issue a full refund. All items which are standard FREE shipping are shipped with tracking and delivered to your door by a local post office carrier, DHL or FedEx.
Expedited shipping methods may be available on certain items for an additional cost. Please contact us if you wish to arrange a method other than our standard FREE standard shipping. Expedited shipping does not include the processing times. Dates are approximate and not a guarantee.

If order is made after 5PM EST USA, order will be sent to processing the next business day. Orders that have already been processed and are in transit cannot be cancelled.
Return Policy - You must contact us within 7 days of receiving your item to be eligible for a return. Expedited shipping is not refundable. This policy does not apply to custom made dresses. Custom dress sales are final.
To be eligible for a return, the product must be in original, unused condition. Returned items will be inspected, any sign of use will make refund void. Buyer pays for return shipping. Item returns without prior return authorization will not be refunded.
